KVAL has always recognized the large veteran population in our area.

In 2015 former KVAL news anchor David Walker, along with our Live Shot Buddy, Loren Ruark embarked on an ambitious journey, embedding with the South Willamette Valley Honor Flight on a 3-day trip to Washington, D.C. with local veterans.
