Simon finishes welding the sill, then moves to the O/S to remove the wing and sill on that side.

We buy a new pair of wings, a front valance and a rear inner valence, plus some more bits and pieces.

Matt removes the torsion bars so every piece of the running gear is now removed. Some bits have been painted in POR15 and others are waiting to be collected from Silchrome. Some have been powder coated and others zinc plated. We still have some prep work to do underneath before we start to put things back on.

We have done a more detailed video of Simon replacing the sill. It's got no voice over or music. Just welding, grinding and Simons thought process.
