Where do we even begin to explain this one? How about at the beginning.. We've had a lot of requests for this, so here it is; how to butcher a pig 101. We've showed you a lot of this to you all before in a different setting. Today, we're in the butcher shop at Whitefeather Meats in Creston, Ohio and we will show you the entire breakdown of a pig, how to make sausage, how to make ham, and how we season our pork and vacuum seal the meat before we sell it. Seth is even going to stop early on and show you the pig anatomy first hand. This video has it all; pork chops, pork loin, pork shoulder, pork butt, pork ribs, sausage, ham and much more.
