Today is the official first day of Fall/Autumn and I wanted to kick it off with my pumpkin bread. This bread is moist and soft and filled with all the warm autumn spices. I hope you give it a try.

👩🏻🍳 PUMPKIN BREAD
1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Bake at 350F for 50 minutes. Cover with foil and bake an additional 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
