It's been less than a week since some Tim Hortons customers received an email telling them they won a boat in the company's Roll Up to Win contest, only to be informed a few hours later the email had been sent in error.

Now, a proposed class action lawsuit has been filed by a Montreal-based lawyer on behalf of his client, calling on Tim Hortons to deliver on its promise of a boat for those who received this email.

As Sean Previl reports, Tim Hortons says the lawsuit has no merit, but customers believe they should get what they are owed.
