Numbers possess life and carry an inherent power within them. Throughout history, various philosophers, alchemists, and mystics have associated religious or mystical ideas with numbers.

The most primal numbers range from 1 to 4, forming the foundation of all other numbers, as termed by Pythagoras, the Tetrad. It's no wonder they are most pervasive in the psyche. These numbers notably symbolize the myth of human creation and the purpose of life. To paraphrase Pythagoras, "Number rules the universe."
