Major changes require validation. Field testing is what it takes to get a feel for new vehicle dynamics and to keep iterating to improve. This past weekend, the Porsche of The Main Line team was testing Sunny on the lower portion of the mountain. Calibrating a car for the hillclimb is challenging as the conditions of the road, environment change so much. Testing helps the team engineers, Jeremy Smallwood and Betim Berisha find strengths and weaknesses in the chassis and power delivery. With feedback from driver, David Donohue the group comes together to dial in the car. We are all looking forward to race week for further testing, qualifying and racing.
