Welcome Back to McLovin Moto! Ever wonder what it takes to Pass a Basic Police Motor School? It is anything but easy! It’s 80 hours of grueling cone work, road riding in formation, braking exercises and some track time. The Final Exam is completing three clean runs out of five attempts through this maze of cone patterns. A rider is disqualified during a run if they blow out of a pattern or put their motorcycle down. There is a time limit. Each cone strike is a 5 second penalty, entry cone strikes are a 10 second penalty. Ride along with me as I ride the patterns, explaining them and show what it takes to pass a Police Motor School. Shout out to Jake for flying the drone while I rode the patterns. If you have questions for me leave them in the comments! Also, thank you to the West Metro Motor Training Team for allowing me to film and assist with instructing.
