Current Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan join former Justice Sandra Day O'Connor to celebrate the 30th anniversary of O'Connor's appointment to the Court. They talk about how life and work—especially for women— has changed over the past 30 years, share anecdotes of their time on the Court, and reflect on the confirmation process. Sandra Day O'Connor was nominated by President Reagan in 1981 and retired from the Court in 2006.
