To continue on my gymnastic training journey I thought a great routine to try would be the best of the best Simone Biles! I did her gymnastic stretching, workout, training, and diet for one week. Also, I saw a few weeks back this viral video of her doing the sweatpants handstand challenge. So I tried to get as good at it as I could for one week!
