For those looking for a comparison between the MPE and Akra titanium exhaust systems.

Both consisted of link pipes and silencer with flaps fitted.

Difficult to tell in the video but the Akra had much more of a bass note when the flaps were open, the MPE was loud and slightly higher pitched. The Akra had a deep rumble but when the car was warmer the Akra was very quiet where the MPE was slightly more noticeable.

All in all a personal choice, you will absolutely not be unhappy with either!
