The STI 2011 is a handgun, along with both SIG 1911's shown, and is classed as a Restricted Firearm. As such, it requires a RPAL to possess and in addition to being registered in a federal database, has additional storage, transport, sale, and discharge restrictions. The Rob Arm XCR-L bonus gun shown was non restricted as it has a 18.6" barrel.
