The Walt Disney Company board of directors are dealing with an activist investor who feels the company is a shell of its former self. That Disney failure has been seen on a variety of fronts and even with Disney CEO Bob Iger returning to steer the Walt Disney Company a year ago, little has been done to make a real difference. Now Nelson Peltz, one of the biggest shareholders Disney has, nominated himself and former Disney CFO Jay Rasulo to commandeer two seats on the Disney Board of Directors.

The battle for Disney's Board of Directors and the future of the company is on the line. The Kingdom Report team share their thoughts on the Walt Disney Company's recent performance, how the future might look with new leadership outside of Bob Iger, and whether Jay Rasulo might be the right man for the role of Disney CEO.

It's a Disney news discussion you don't want to miss!
