Taiwan Sweet potato is sweet and melt-in-your-mouth, while the steamed pork is soft and salty. Foodies know how to savor both at the same time, making everything blend together so perfectly.

Recipe:
200g pork belly
100g sweet potato
3 tbsp steamed meat rice powder
2 tsp sesame oil
*1 tbsp garlic, minced
*1 tsp ginger, minced
*1 tsp Pixian doubanjiang(spicy broad bean paste), minced
*1 tsp soy sauce
*1 tsp sugar
*1 tsp Shaoxing wine or dry sherry
*2 tbsp water

1. Add all *ingredients of pork and mix well. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. *Do not reduce the liquid ingredients without authorization. Steamed meat powder needs to rely on at least 1:1 amount of liquid in order to cook well.

2. Add the steamed meat rice powder and sesame oil and shake to seal.

3. Place sweet potato underneath pork.

4. Steam for 40 minutes.

5. Add chopped green scallion to taste.
