Eventually we did get it sorted and running. We rebuilt it mechanically and left the original paint and patina as is. Then Buzz to ride it over 3,500 miles, coast to coast on the first Motorcycle Cannonball in 2010 on Team American Iron. We covered the rebuild and ride in the pages of American Iron Magazine.
