This video goes over how to replace the EGR valve and EGR cooler on a Chevy Silverado 2500 6.6L.

Approximate Time: 7 Hours
Tools needed: 12mm Socket short and deep, 14mm socket short and deep, 3/8 and 1/4 ratchet,
Additional parts: 10mm socket, 8mm socket, 6mm socket, 14mm box wrench, straight pick, pry bar, 3" and 6" extension, flathead screwdriver, 2 needle nose vice grips.

Vehicle used: 2006 Chevy Truck Silverado 2500

Installation Notes: EGR valve bolts torque to 15 ft lb /// new EGR gasket required /// cooler tube removal and replace necessary.
