Soup is perfect for those who enjoy slurping steaming yet tasty liquid and
meat. Chicken soup is made from chicken, vegetables, simmered in water. The ultimate chicken soup is light, nourishing, healing and brothy soup. Yummy Kitchen version of the classic chicken soup is easy to follow and worth trying. So, give this chicken soup recipe a try.

Ingredients:
-3 pcs chicken
-2 cups egg noodles
-1 large chopped onion
-1 chopped carrots
-4 ribs chopped celery
-1 tsp fresh thyme
-1 tbsp fresh parsley
-6 cups chicken broth
-1 clove minced garlic
-2 pcs bay leaves
-Salt to taste
-Pepper to taste
-1 to 2 tbsp oil

Procedures:
1. Sear chicken on both sides, remove from the pan and set aside.
2. Saute onion until translucent and garlic until fragnant.
3. Add celery, carrot, thyme, bay leaves into the pot. Pour chicken broth.
4. Return seared chicken into the pot, cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
5. When chicken is tender, remove from the soup pot. Let it cool a bit.
6. Remove meat and discard bones of the chicken.
7. Pour chicken meat into the soup pot.
8. Add dry egg noodles, parsley and season with pepper and salt. Simmer until noodles
is tender.
9. Turn off fire.
10. Serve in individual bowl. Enjoy!
