In collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA), PaleBlue has started the development of VR-based moonwalk training for astronauts. Built on PaleBlue Simulation Platform, this VR system allows for rapid scenario creating and training of team scenarios using a local presence (Location-Based VR), or remote participation.

The modelled environment is featuring ESA's Moon Village, a future permanent settlement on the Moon.
