Will the UK deploy its aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth to the Mediterranean to join the Gerald R. Ford carrier strike group and USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69) Aircraft Carrier.

The UK is reportedly sending a P-8 Poseidon reconnaissance aircraft, two Royal Navy support ships and around 100 Royal Marines to the eastern Mediterranean.
