Ireland at this time of year is perfection. Here are a few lovely days at home in gorgeous Galway. We are extremely wholesome this week going for sea swims, running down to the local bakery for doughnuts and enjoying the sunsets together.

* The Blackcat - in Galway is an award winning Tapas restaurant. It is a fancy spot so we usually save it for special occasions. If you go - you have to get the gambas, beef cheeks and pork belly!
* Saturday Farmers Market - there is a great Food & Flea Market in Galway every Saturday. The doughnuts are famous, the atmosphere is good and you pick up some nice souvenirs
* The Twelve Bakery - This is my cute little local bakery. I was told to pop in as they do great doughnuts and great loaves of bread. It is cute spot to stop at on your way out to Connemara!
* Fad Saoil Saunas - If you have been watching my most recent videos, you will know that I am all about the sauna sessions now. Regular sauna sessions are a substantial part of Finnish and Estonian culture. The health benefits are insane (improves immunity & circulation, reduces heart problems & stress etc)
* Coldtober - As mentioned in the video this is a 31 day challenge for mental health where you dip into the cold everyday of October. I am very holistic around here amn't I
