• Stir-fry the above ingredients on low heat till it gets bright red, then let cool and put it in the freezer.
Eggs 4 (each about 60 grams, separate the egg white with egg yolk), 2:15,

Low-protein flour 60 grams, 2:47,
White granular sugar 40 grams, 3:00,
Cream of tartar 2 grams(or a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice), 4:33,
• Baking temperature for an 80-liter oven: preheating the oven to 160 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Keep the cakes on the lower rack of oven. Make sure they stay in the middle part of oven and bake for 40 mins. A smaller oven usually provide more heat, so please reduce the temperature by 10 degrees for every 10-liter reduction in oven capacity.
