Macros: 355 calories, 10C, 24F, 27P
3 eggs
150g tomato sauce
1 clove of garlic
1/2 yellow onion
15g parmesan cheese
Bunch fresh basil
Salt, black pepper

Dice the onion, peel the garlic, and give it a rough chop. Fry the onions with a bit of oil in a pan on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add another bit of oil and add garlic, keep frying for 20-30 seconds.

Add tomato sauce with a splash of water and season with salt and black pepper. Crack in the 3 eggs, then close the lid and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and top with parmesan and a bunch of chopped basil. Done!
