In this video you can see how use the rather new FILTER function in Office 365. Keep in mind that I am talking about the function and not the button.
FILTER is an array function. To translate that, it simply can return more than a single value, like most other functions. This can help you get all the values that match a search criteria in a single function, pretty cool.
I find it most useful in doing something similar like VLOOKUP to the right and also for searching with multiple criteria in mind.
