Today we decided to make a delicious "koobideh" kebab when the weather started raining, my sister did all the daily chores and I had some mutton that I chopped with a knife. When it was ready, I added two onions, salt, pepper, and turmeric to it. I mixed it with my hand for half an hour and let it rest for half an hour and finally I pounded them on skewers and cooked them on the charcoal fire and my mother made a delicious rice cake and we drank together with the family.
