Reviewing the Harbor Freight 1.5 watt solar panel battery charger just to see if this thing really charges a battery or not

As you guys will see the charger did charge the battery but it took a week to charge it from 11.31 to 11.89, not all days were clear and sunny. After the video I decided to cut the blue led in the solar panel to see if that helped speed up the charging process will post the results in comments if this made a difference
