Now to a crime alert in Norfolk. Two people have been arrested for the death of a 9-day-old baby in Norfolk. The medical examiner ruled that death a homicide yesterday. Tonight Zibreyea Parker and Hilary Johnson the second are behind bars. Brenna McIntosh joins us in the studio with more on the charges they face.
