The Queen of Hip- Hop Soul Mary J. Blige sits with JusNik and Kool Dj Red Alert to speak on her mental growth, manifestation, and taking care of herself.

Blige also speaks on believing in love, her healing journey and taking accountability for her actions from previous relationships and how not to bring it into something new. Mary J. Blige also speaks about her new single ft. Vado and her role as Monaé in the hit series "Powerbook: Ghost."

She reveals that playing that role, she has to go to some dark places to bring the character to life and says that everyone has a little Monaé in them. Mary also stated that she would like to play Nina Simone someday and more.
