Part 2 – INVERTER DRIVER CIRCUIT BOARD EGS002 SPWM, 1000W 2000W 3000W PURE SINE WAVE INVERTER 12V 24V 48V DC.
Powerful EGS002 PURE SINE WAVE INVERTER CIRCUIT 1KW 2KW 3KW 110V 220V AC 50Hz 60Hz.

Here is INVERTER POWER BOARD CIRCUIT, Part 1:    • 1000W 2000W 3000W PURE SINE WAVE INVE...

I would like to show you one of the best project of how to make a Best Pure Sine Wave Inverter with output Power up to 3000W from 12V 24V 48V DC to 220V 50Hz or 110V 60Hz using EGS002 SPWM driver board.

Cheap – no more then $50, simple and easy to build, most of the components are available from scrap - like Computer Power Supply, so please find and collect some PC Supplies for reduces the cost of this project. Heatsink and fan are also available in old computer from CPU Cooler.

- The Inverter Power Board Circuit consist of 3x4 pairs in H-bridge configuration of n-channel MOSFET IXFP180N10T2 100V-180A-480W-6mΩ, or any other with a minimum of 100V 150A which allow you to drive up to 3000W.
You can also use lower power MOSFET transistors, like IRF3205 with 55V; 80A; 200W; 8.0mΩ, but only for 12v and 24v and an inverter output power of max. 1200W.

- Inverter Driver Circuit using common EGS002 SPWM who is already made 17pins plug and play driver board specific for single phase sinusoidal inverter – sine wave inverter. The driver board integrates functions of voltage, current and temperature protection, LED warning indication and fan control, jumper configures 50/ 60Hz AC output, soft start mode and dead time.
The driver board have also an LCD monitor port. A connected LCD monitor will display output voltage, current, system temperature and output frequency. You can buy it on Aliexpress at $4 including LCD display.

Careful:
You must know and keep in your mind that the output power of an Inverter is based on number and power! of Mosfets, the Transformer Size! and Capacity! of Battery - Power of source you are using.

Caution:
Electrical experiments can be dangerous!
By using this video you acknowledge that you are aware of this fact and want to proceed at your own risk!

Subscribe for more episodes until the inverter is finished!
