Hey CNC woodworkers! This is my latest CNC utensil design - a salad set! I have a nice shallow spoon, which can do double duty as a spatula, and a shallow angle fork. They are identical, except for the teeth being cut out on the fork. They feature a detailed wood inlay: a hibiscus flower. This inlay is done on a curved surface! I show some of the tricks I do to make this project, my basic two sided machining techniques for doing both the top and bottom, and how I solved a few problems along the way. Some of my other CNC utensil projects had a rose inlay, so I also have a variant of the file that lets you create the rose inlay.

Get the VCarve file on Etsy: https://etsy.me/44dijWx
Or from Corbin's Workshop: https://bit.ly/44ijXq2

The VCarve file is all pre-setup with the tool paths to make both the spoon and the fork with either the hibiscus or rose as an inlay. I also have step-by-step directions to make sure it is easy to make. It requires Vectric VCarve 11.5 (any variance, including Aspire will work). I use my 4'x8' Pro Avid CNC machine to carve out these utensils.
