Ever since it dropped on Netflix, Umbrella Academy has delighted audiences with it’s quirky style, excellent storytelling, amazing on screen chemistry and weird rave scenes. With Season 2 underway, we sit eagerly waiting for it’s arrival as well as binging through the first season once again. As mentioned, a lot of what we see on screen is what makes the show so successful but it is a lot of the magic behind the scene that leads the show to thrive. With such a unique and quirky world a lot of work behind the scenes is required to make it come from life- including the use of VFX, practical effects and actors going the extra mile for the role.

In this video we will take a look at some of the greatest behind the scenes moments and take a dive through some of the most interesting aspects of the show. Including actors doing their own stunts, researching the comics for inspiration to how they filmed that rave scene- we will put on our school uniform, open up an umbrella and softly stroll through the wacky world of Umbrella Academy. Ok, well we won’t put the school uniform on because that’s just weird, but we will show a montage of some of our favorite moments.
