This is the part 3 of 4 video. Part 4 will be posted once I have all ceramics installed and vanity excluding shower door. The install of shower will be long that it would be hard to compress the video.
Project cost for all materials including shower door is $4539.75 (not including wall paints)

I am guessing that I will be replacing toilet too since the cost to replace all water valves and seals would be around $60-70 . Buy new toilet for $160.00-$200.00 and that will have to be added to the project final cost.

The hardest part of this project membrane install. It needs a lot of time and patience to squeeze out air entrapment or excessive mortar under . I have to go over and over again with drywall blade and it took more than an hour. Even my membrane’s corner is still not perfect.
