Trying to survive this holiday season with a narcissist (or dark empath) can be really difficult.

For those who feel they have been forced to be no contact with certain family members, friends, coworkers, etc., the holidays can seem confusing, lonely, or uncertain.

And for those who have gone no contact already and are faced with maintaining that no contact rule, the holidays can feel either overwhelming OR 100% better.

Either way, going no contact certainly isn't easy.
