I made this video shortly after purchasing this scooter from Roadrunner Scooters. I researched scooters for about 2 yrs before settling on this brand and model. To be honest at first I was not happy at first due to brakes not working and the back up safety pin no longer working properly. After figuring out the initial issues and working through them with Roadrunner, I have had zero issues since this video. I have used it a ton. I just now check often to make sure the mast is tightened securely. Even recommended a friend to buy one and he did. But the did not have the plus battery in stock. so he bought the RS5, not the RS5+. It does make a difference in power and distance. I now use this scooter to go to work at Boeing when its warm and dry outside. I have been caught in the rain without an issue as well. I did have some issues at first with the scooter and customer service. But after dealing with Gotrax scooters now, I would say Roadrunner has awesome customer service in comparison. I would recommend it to anyone.
