While Shape Cast right now only supports one part molds, our explorations in our last video point to some minimal changes needed for 2 parts. We just need to split a 2 part design in half and flip the top part over. The top part then needs some modifications to create a place for slip to go in. And finally we need to take off the auto-generated slip wells, which is a task we can do in the slicer. There are some tradeoffs for this approach, but it does let us make 2 part molds with Shape Cast as it stands today.
