Packed with protein, healthy fats, and a burst of flavor, this recipe is perfect for breakfast or brunch. Whether you're starting your day off right or hosting a leisurely mid-morning gathering, these bagels are sure to impress.

Ingredients
- 2 Bagels
- 2 oz Cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 mini cucumber
- A handful of arugula
- 4 oz salted salmon
- 2 slices red onion
- Salt, black pepper, and sweet smoked paprika to taste

Instructions
1. Soften the cream cheese by microwaving it for 5 seconds.
2. Grate lemon zest and mix it with the cream cheese along with black pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, scoop out the avocado flesh and mix it with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and sweet smoked paprika to taste.
4. Cut the bagels in half and toast them until golden brown.
5. Slice the mini cucumber and red onion into thin slices.
6. Assemble the bagels:
- Spread the avocado mixture on one half of each bagel.
- Layer with arugula, red onion slices, cucumber slices, and salted salmon.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the other half of each bagel.
- Sandwich the halves together.
Serve and enjoy!
