In this video, I'm going to share with you my barefoot / minimalist shoe collection, over the course of 3 months. I'll provide a brief overview of each shoe, and tell you about my experience wearing them.

After experiencing constant foot pain while wearing traditional cushioned shoes, I discovered the benefits of minimalist footwear and decided to give it a try. I started with a pair of Vivobarefoot Primus Lites and soon realized that my feet had been trying to tell me something all along. While the transition was challenging at first, I persevered and now have stronger, more defined calves, thicker callouses, and no more foot pain. If you're someone with wide feet or looking to try something new in your fitness routine, I highly recommend giving barefoot shoes a try.
