Porsche 911 Dakar, here is a very special series. Which recalls, even in a dedicated livery, the triumph in the legendary 1984 raid when a version of the raised super sports car triumphed.

It is an exclusive model, which will be made in just 2,500 units, of which 999 with the coloring in homage to the victory.

A special setup for the 911 Dakar
It is 5 centimeters higher than the normal versions and can be raised by a further 3 cm both at the front and at the rear. It has dedicated Pirelli Skorpion All Terrain tires 245/45R19 at the front and 295/40R20 at the rear.

Many aesthetic and technical details recall off-road use, as does the luggage rack, an excellent exercise in style. The large front air intakes and the rear wing also stand out. The suspensions remain the same as the other 911s, but with dedicated calibration, travel and electronics

The technical equipment includes four-wheel drive and rear axle steering: Rally and Off-Road are added to the classic driving modes.

The engine is the 3.0-litre twin-turbo six-cylinder boxer with horsepower and 570 Nm torque, mated to an eight-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Performance: maximum speed limited to 240 km/h due to the presence of off-road tyres, while acceleration remains exceptional from zero to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds.
