The kayak bass fishing national championship took place on lake Guntersville, only days after the BASSMASTER ELITES hosted an event there. The lake had experienced a lot of pressure, and fall fishing in October in the south has been especially tough this year. However, I was able to find an area and a few different patterns that helped me land 19th out of the 305 anglers from all over, cashing a check and ending that season in a good note!
