So you were smart enough to keep some extra touch up matching paint for your home? Excellent choice! However, when you sell your home, the buyer may or may not want to keep the color scheme. Paint is required to be disposed of properly, and it can create some buyer and seller issues.
In this video I talk about my recommendations when it comes to leaving the paint behind for the new buyer. Don't set yourself up for an inconvenient close of escrow.
