With gas prices going up it makes sense to look at getting a hybrid SUV as your next family hauler. In the market there are a few, in this video I'm going to take a look at the new Highlander as well as the Explorer just to see how they compare. As far as 3-row hybrid SUVs, these two are the main choices. The Explorer has more power at 318hp (vs 243hp), more room and can tow more at 5000lbs (vs 3500lbs) but the Highlander gets much better economy and Toyota Reliability. Which to choose?
