Rye Nut Cookies
8 cookies
Unsalted butter 70g
White sugar 20g
Black sugar 25g
Honey 10g
Milk 20ml
Rye flour 90g
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Nuts 50g
Rolled oats 50g

Please prepare ✔️
* All ingredients are prepared at room temperature.
* Nuts are cut into small size.
* Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.


1. Put the softened butter, sugar and honey in a clean ball and mix.
2. Add milk and all the dry ingredients.
3. Add nuts and rolled oats.
4. Divide it into 8 and round it.
5. Place it on the baking tray and press the top. Bake it for about 15-18 minutes in the oven preheated to 170 degrees.
6. Allow it to cool on the baking tray.
