Is 2024 a good year to become a UX designer? Yes and No.
In this video we're going to look at the reasons NOT to become a UX designer this year - and I'll break down four of them for you - with the most important being last.

UX can be a great job, until it becomes horrible. It's definitely not for everyone and it's not even about learning Figma, or the Design Thinking process. The changes in the UX industry in just the last 3 years were huge, from widespread use of AI, new processes and design systems.

If you're a junior UX designer and you want to learn and grow, make sure you're ready for everything that this job entails.
