In this video I will be showing you how to make a quick and easy halloween bag, it is made out of $5.00 T-shirt, you can either use one you already have or pick one up from your local department store. I will also show you two different ways you can tie the bag, you can also use any size of t-shirt depending on what size you want the bag to be. This would be a fun project for your halloween party, your child's trick-or-treat bag, or just a fun bag to have.
