First thing first, moving forward, I will only be dropping one video every two weeks. Reason? I don't think I need to be repeating myself weekly so I'd rather give you an update every two weeks.

Now, this week the emphasis is on the importance of sleep and it is something many people don't think of when they are trying to lose weight. IT MATTERS! When you feel tired and crappy, what do you want? Comfort food!

So, please be kind to yourself and choose to rest if you are tired.

I have also started to watch how much I am spending on food. The cost has been climbing and that is not okay. So, I will be sharing with you how we have been keeping to a budget while eating well.
