Chemical fire 5 mile shelter radius. Possible burning chlorine. Bridge shut down. No alerts or warning to public. The worst was the last 15 seconds of this video AFTER the fire was over. (Make sure you watch the WHOLE video. It may look like its over but its not)
Something happened, a flare up or they knocked over something but the smell was at its worst when this happened. You can see the smoke came directly to Monaca at this point.
