Hey everyone! Welcome to my kitchen! In today's video I'm sharing 3 easy summer side dishes for your next BBQ or potluck. You could even make a meal out of any of these salads! Let's get cooking!!

Creamy vegetable salad:
2 cups broccoli, chopped
2 cups cauliflower, chopped
1/2 purple onion, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 Lb. bacon, diced
Sauce:
3/4 cup mild cheddar cheese
1 cup Mayo
2 TBSP. apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Mix sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Add vegetables to the sauce. Mix well. Add bacon right before serving. Enjoy!!

Chicken Wonton salad:
2 heads iceburg lettuce, washed and cut
1-2 lb. chicken, cooked and diced
2-3 bunches green onions, chopped
1 pkg. slivered almonds
20 small wontons
Toss green onions and lettuce, then add chicken and almonds. Set aside.
Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
Add ingredients together and stir well!! Cook wontons until crispy and golden brown. (DO NOT add the dressing or wontons to the salad until ready to serve or the lettuce and wontons will get soggy) Break wontons into smaller pieces and add to salad. Add dressing and mix. Enjoy!!

Italian pasta and veggie salad:
2 (14 oz. cans) PETITE diced tomatoes
1 (20 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
Salad supreme seasoning, to taste
1 pkg. rotini/bowtie/shell pasta
vegetables (broccoli, olives, cucumbers)
Mix tomatoes, salad dressing, and seasoning together. Let sit in fridge for 2-3 hours. Add veggies and mix well. Cook noodles according to package. Cool, then add to veggie mixture and stir well. Enjoy!!
