Today i review grass b gon . A product developed to kill grass in flower beds and non fruit / food bearing gardens. Ortho grass b gon costs about $16 to $18 per bottle and i found it does about 150 sq ft per bottle. much better to spot spray the invading grasses as you see them.

This product is not rated to kill broadleaf weeds. It can be used on a variety of plants but i found its best to take caution for any vine based ground covers.
Grass B gon's label does stipulate that you'll most likely need to do 2 sprays over the course of 7 days for best results. I found the product takes about 3 weeks to show its full potential.

You can see in the video the product worked as it was supposed to and did a great job killing the grass and not the weeds. I tested this product on several species of plants and found with most rooted plants it does not harm them. my succulants were sensitive to this product. 30 percent of my succulants died during the test. I did two sprays 13 days apart and showed my results 6 to 7 weeks after the second spray.
