A simple recipe for a spectacular pork tenderloin dish! The guests loved it!
So simple, yet incredibly delicious and effective. The recipe has no complex ingredients and uses produce that can be purchased at your local grocery store. How to cook pork? This is one of my family's favorite pork tenderloin recipes. This recipe is perfect for guests or a hot family meal. So delicious your family will beg you to make it again. A simple recipe for a delicious and juicy pork tenderloin that anyone can cook. The main thing is to cook with love!

Preparation and ingredients:

700 g pork fillet.
Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen!
Cut the pork fillet lengthways into 2 pieces.
Cut each piece lengthwise into strips approximately 1-1.5cm into an equal number of strips.
I have 3 strips from each half.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Now tie 3 strips of pork tenderloin with string.
Braid the braid and tie the ends with string.
Repeat after me as shown in my video!
Halve the garlic.
Put some melted butter in the pan.
Add the garlic and rosemary sprig.
Place the pork tenderloin on the pan.
Fry the meat for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the pork tenderloin from the heat and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the rosemary sprig and garlic on the baking sheet as well.
Marinade sauce for meat:
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic.
1 teaspoon of honey.
Add some meat spices.
Pour the remaining oil from the pan in which the meat was fried.
Mix well.
Spread the pork fillet with the prepared sauce.
Place in a preheated oven at 200°C /392°F for 20 minutes.
Pour 400g of frozen green beans into a saucepan of boiling water.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
Immediately place the green beans in ice water to keep the beans their color.
Then dry the beans with kitchen paper and put them in a bowl.
1/2 daikon radish.
Grate on a coarse grater.
1 carrot.
Grate on a coarse grater.
Chop 1 red onion.
Prepare the salad dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons rice vinegar.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon of honey.
1 tablespoon sesame.
Mix well.
Drizzle salad with prepared dressing.
Mix well.
Take the meat out of the oven.
Arrange the meat and salad on a plate.
