Top bartenders are just tasting drinks they see for the first time, Couldn't they make cocktails in no time? We brought in a bottle completely stiff, We asked the bartenders to improvise cocktails on the spot.

This time, we brought in a South African liqueur called CAPERITIF, which was completely unknown to the staff who selected the bottle. Hats off to the inspiration to combine it with traditional Japanese ingredients.

今回は、ボトルを選んだスタッフも全く未知の、南アフリカのリキュールを持ち込みました。
