In this video we look at how to become disciplined. Becoming more self-disciplined can be difficult, but I think it’s actually much easier than people realize. The key to becoming self-disciplined is to find your “North Star” meaning to find something that you are truly passionate about.

When you are chasing after something that you really want, you will want to get up everyday and do the thing that you know you should be doing. Of course you will encounter road blocks a long the way, and at times you will loose the motivation to keep working. But because of how much you want to achieve your goals, you will have the discipline to keep doing it (most of the time) If you find your north star, you will find your self-discipline.

Self-Discipline is also something you do have to practice, you cannot go from living a life of no discipline, to suddenly living a life of pure self-discipline. But I will create another video on that in the future.
